A little under a week has passed since SOCOM: Confrontation turned one year old in North America. We need to mention its specific age for different areas on the globe because even though games tend to be exactly the same, their age varies depending on the different economical profile the country fits. This is mainly because publishers haven't found out that the world is round and other countries exist besides their own. Back to SOCOM, its one year anniversary has brought a huge addon for it, as Sony has announced a big downloadable content pack that is in the works for the game. The DLC has enough new things to almost make it a game sequel. Usually, they're only made up of a few new maps or a subtle customization option, but the Cold Front, as the pack has been named, has enough content to shame an entire Atari game franchise, or close enough anyway.
