Mobile phone carrier AT&T announced today having expanded the coverage of its 3G mobile broadband network to Chillicothe, offering people in the area the possibility of enjoying accelerated data speeds for faster mobile services, devices and feature-rich audio and video content. According to the wireless carrier, its 3G network now offers coverage to people in parts of State Routes 23, 104 and 159, who can now enjoy the latest interactive voice, video and data applications. The local areas in Chillicothe that now see coverage include Belleview Heights, Brewer Heights, Hopetown, North Fork Village and Randall Terrace, the operator added. “AT&T’s investment in 3G technology to enhance the wireless network is a positive development for the Chillicothe area,†said State Senator John Carey. “It is an encouraging sign of AT&T's ongoing commitment to making new and better technologies available to drive growth and vibrancy in our communities.â€AT&T also st!
