This year's Electronic Entertainment Expo was really something of a roller coaster in terms of big announcements. While the peaks were registered at Microsoft and Sony's press meetings, a lot of people went home disappointed by the one held by Nintendo. Even though the company revealed quite a few new titles in prestigious franchises like Mario, Zelda or Metroid, everyone started scratching their heads when Nintendo’s president, Satoru Iwata, revealed the Wii Vitality Sensor. He revealed that, because it would track biological data from the player (or patient, according to many attendees), it would enhance the whole Wii experience for many users. We then heard Nintendo of America’s president, Reggie Fils-Aime, reveal that a lot of surprises would appear as regards the intriguing peripheral. Now, famous game designer Shigeru Miyamoto, who has created characters like Mario or Link for the Japanese company, talks about the new sensor and how people need to “have confid!
