South Korean mobile phone maker LG Electronics announced today the upcoming availability of its first handset powered by Google's Android operating system, the LG-GW620. The new device proves that the company is committed to expanding its smartphone offering, and comes only one week after the announcement regarding three new LG Windows phones that will be launched during the following weeks. The new LG-GW620 comes to the market with a 3-inch full touchscreen display coupled with a side-sliding QWERTY keypad, so as to provide users with a wider range of functionalities.
