There have been whispers for some time that Sony is preparing to put out a 250 GB hard drive version of the PlayStation 3, initially packaged together with some of the big video game releases of the coming period. Some said that the new console version had been conceived by Sony as a multimedia center, complete with the ability to record TV shows in order to watch them later. Others speculated that the move was designed to counter the bundles that Microsoft was set to release in the coming months. Now, consumer blog Endgadget is offering an image that is said to show the box of the Uncharted 2: Among Thieves bundle, which includes the 250 GB hard drive PS3. It looks pretty legitimate, with all the colors right, images taken from the game on the box and the logos of the developer and publisher.
