Wireless carrier Verizon announced recently the addition of a new product to its offering, namely the Gateway LT2016u netbook, which comes with built-in support for Verizon Wireless’ Mobile Broadband service. According to the company, the new capability of the device is meant to offer its users the possibility to stay connected at all times through Verizon Wireless’ 3G network. What the new Gateway LT2016u netbook is able to deliver to users includes a 10.1-inch high-definition WSVGA LED backlit display, as well as a small form factor that makes it fit for transportation inside a purse or backpack, an extended 6-cell battery that boasts up to six hours of usage time, Intel's Atom N270 processor for power efficiency, as well as 1 GB of memory and 160 GB of hard drive space.
