HTTP:: Sprint to Offer Training on Various OSes at Open Developer Conference

Wireless carrier Sprint announced on Monday that its Open Developer Conference, slated for October 26-28 in Santa Clara, Calif., would provide developers with insights on various leading platforms available on the market at the moment, including Android, webOS, Java ME, BlackBerry and Windows Mobile. At the same time, the company also announced that the conference was set to offer hands-on coding sessions, along with breakout sessions, event sponsor exhibits and more. Keynote addresses during the conference will be led by Steve Elfman, president of Network Operations and Wholesale for Sprint, Jason Mackenzie, vice president of HTC America, and Ben Galbraith and Dion Almaer, directors of Developer Relations for Palm, the mobile phone operator added.
