Hitachi Data Systems announced today the expansion of its Network Attached Storage Platform, powered by BlueArc, with the introduction of two new solutions designed to deliver performance, scalability and management for the midrange segment. The company's new NAS 3080 and 3090 solutions have been endowed with the native Intelligent File Tiering, a feature that is designed to increase productivity and, simply, storage management.
