The upcoming Diablo II Patch 1.13 was initially confirmed by Blizzard Entertainment earlier this year. Fans of the action RPG still have to wait for a solid release date, due to typical development delays, but the WoW maker trusts it will be able to deliver the much-anticipated patch soon, according to a Battle.net update. Available for both Mac and PC, Diablo II is the sequel to the game Diablo, a dark, fantasy-themed, action, role-playing game (RPG) played in four acts. Released for Mac OS X in 2000 under the publishing label of Blizzard Entertainment, the title development was handled by Blizzard North. The game was one of the most popular in 2000, thanks to its addictive, hack-and-slash gameplay and free access to Battle.net.
