Capcom is one of the most influential game developers and publishers in Japan, owning a huge amount of extremely popular franchises, from Street Fighter to Resident Evil to Mega Man or even Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney. But the company has also made a name for itself in the fighting game genre by collaborating with the likes of SNK or, more recently, the Tatsunoko anime studios on Tatsunoko vs. Capcom. The game will see various characters from different anime series go up against various famous fighters from Capcom. But even though the company has a huge roster of potential fighters, the producer of the game, Ryota Niitsuma, revealed that there was also a plan to include famous attorney Phoenix Wright in the title.
