Microsoft has announced recently that it has completed the work focused on delivering to customers Cooperative Technical Support in collaboration with Linux vendor Red Hat. Designed to boost support options for companies running heterogeneous IT environments, the Cooperative Technical Support streamlines the use of Windows Server platforms and Red Hat Enterprise Linux with virtualization solutions from both companies.
