DrumMania is a video-game developed by Konami Computer Entertainment Japan, Inc. and published worldwide by Konami. The title was initially released in the form of arcade cabinets, which is the normal medium for the series, but a version for the PlayStation 2 console from Sony was launched in December 2000. It is an arcade title built upon music-simulation and rhythm concepts. DrumMania is very similar to playing the drums in music-simulation video-games such as Rock Band and the Guitar Hero series.
