Mariah Carey is busily working in the studio on her upcoming album, the interestingly titled “Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel.†It could very well be that this assiduous work itself led to a delay in terms of release of the material, as it has been pushed back from August 25 to September 15 without as much as a notice, The Examiner informs. Fans were the first to notice the change on websites like Amazon.com, where it has been operated without an explanation. Mariah Carey, on her behalf, has said nothing of the delay, but it is believed she and her team had realized they would not have enough time to get the material into impeccable shape by the time it was scheduled for release.
