The UK-based music download website 7Digital is reportedly planning the launch of a new service that will allow users to get songs and albums directly onto their mobile phones. The new service, planned for a September launch, will be similar to Apple's iTunes and Nokia's Comes With Music, and will work on BlackBerry devices, being the first solution that RIM's users will be able to benefit from. There are already some apps that enable BlackBerry owners to enjoy music, yet this would be the first service to make it possible for them to download songs directly on the devices. According to the news, the service will come as a new move from Research in Motion, the Canadian maker of BlackBerry, to attract more customers to its devices through offerings similar to those available from companies like Nokia or Apple. Those who own a BlackBerry and would like to benefit from what the new service has to offer them will need to download an app from RIM's App World, after which the!
