Mobile phone carrier Verizon Wireless is expected to soon announce the availability of a new high-end device powered by Microsoft's Windows Mobile 6.5 operating system, the Samsung Omnia II, which has been spotted recently at CTIA Wireless, and which still doesn't have an official launch date added to its name.
