The current generation of consoles and computer hardware is filled with cutting-edge equipment that makes them extremely powerful and capable of rendering some of the most beautiful landscapes and games right in your own home. But progress is inevitable and, despite the fact that the current consoles are still quite powerful, even though a few years have passed since their release, the next generation of devices will still arrive whether we like it or not.  Although many console manufacturers claim that their own platform will be on the market for up to 10 years, German game developer Crytek pegs the next generation of consoles and hardware to arrive around 2012. The CEO of the company, Cevat Yerli, reveals that, according to his company's roadmap of technology, the next batch of consoles might be arriving around that year.
