The Halo franchise is one of the biggest in the gaming industry, boasting a huge number of fans all around the world. That is why Microsoft and reputed director and producer Peter Jackson were planning a movie and a new game as early as 2006. Sadly, the years passed and nothing was heard about the projects, which made Halo fans quite eager to see just what the Lord of the Rings director would make of their beloved franchise.
