Killzone 2 was one of the biggest PlayStation 3 exclusives this year, finally managing to deliver the great experience that the team at Guerrilla Games had promised to fans for quite some time. While the single player mode was pretty interesting, a lot of fans found comfort in the top-notch multiplayer mode, which received a lot of praise. It also received, courtesy of the team at Guerrilla, three map packs, which introduced a lot of variety into the normal online gameplay of Killzone 2. Now though, it seems that we won't see any new DLC for the title in the near future, as the producer of the game, Seb Downie, revealed on the European PlayStation blog that the studio would âœtake a step backâ from the title, as the work had been non-stop since its release. âœRight now weâ™re going to take a step back from Killzone 2,â Downie said. âœWeâ™ve been working non-stop since the disc version was released on patches, DLC and http://www.killzone.com updates, so [we] need !
some time to reflect on what is actually out there.â Don't go believing that this will mean the end of support for the game though, as it probably is an announcement so that fans won't start to complain about where the new content is and why the studio isn't working day and night on brin...
