HTTP:: Download uTorrent 0 9 2 for Mac OS X

µTorrent, a popular BitTorrent client now available for Mac OS X as well, has been updated to version 0.9.2 beta. The software follows the rules of a protocol such as HTTP (HyperText Transfer Protocol). BitTorrent can be used to deliver any type of file. However, BitTorrent is purely a content-distribution method, and does not incorporate any technology to differentiate between content that is legitimately shared and content that is pirated â" just like a web browser. µTorrent version 0.9.2 brings support for PPC, and UDP tracker support. uTP now supports window sizes smaller than the packet size. Other major changes include the addition of a upnp host cache to speed up the upnp nat resolution on certain routers and reduced uTP overhead slightly by ramping up packet sizes at lower rates. Over two dozen fixes have been incorporated in this release as well, including a race crash in low level network read and write; a 100% CPU usage bug; a UDP-tracker crash when dns resol!
