Almost two weeks ago, as the world was still struggling to cope with the idea that the King of Pop had, indeed, passed away, word got out that he had two new albums in the works at the time of death. While that is still to be determined, TMZ has uncovered a previously unreleased Michael Jackson song, “A Place with No Name.” The song has not been made available in its entirety, but even the bit that is now online is enough to make “A Place with No Name” the first posthumous Michael Jackson song. Bearing a striking similarity to the 1971 instant hit by band America “A Horse with No Name,” it is not yet certain when Michael recorded his version, or whether he had any plans of releasing it any time soon or at all. “The song â€" ‘A Place with No Name’ â€" sounds similar to the song ‘A Horse with No Name’ released by the group America back in 1971.
