The new, extended trailer for “New Moon,†set to drop in theaters on November 20, premiered at this year’s MTV Video Music Awards, after a brief introduction from the three main stars, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart. MTV got to speak to Taylor before the award ceremony and, as it happens, the actor dished out on Pattinson’s ripped abs and some details regarding “Eclipse,†the third installment in the franchise. As fans must already know, Lautner is not the only one to appear sans shirt in the recently released trailer, as Robert also takes his off in a scene in Italy where he’s about to expose himself to sunlight and, thus, to the world, his not-human nature. Initially, reports had it (back when they were still shooting for “New Moonâ€) that the British heartthrob’s ripped abs and pecs were nothing but the result of plenty of makeup and excellent lighting, but Taylor is now saying that this is actually not true.
