With president and COO Haruhiro Tsujimoto debating the future of gaming and the R&D and Online Business head Keiji Inafune bringing up the Project Natal development for which Capcom has decided to act as publisher, their booth was packed with hypnotized fans. They also added to the board the launch of Resident Evil 5: Alternative Edition that will support the upcoming Motion controller. The company also had some good news for the fans that came to Tokyo from across the globe. If the Resident Evil 5: Alternative Edition, with a Japan only release, didn't really warm the gaijin's hearts, the Western games announced did sparkle a hint of warmth. Capcom announced the release of Sengoku Basara Samurai Heroes for the PlayStation 3 and Wii and a game still under development. This unfinished product received the working title of Ghost Trick and will come out for the DS. !
Both games are to be released for the European and North American public somewhere in 2010. Sengoku Basara Samurai Heroes continues the Basara series, so reminiscent of the Samurai Warriors gameplay. Initially, Sony said that it was looking into the possibility of setting up a program allowing a gamer to move their games from one device to another but there were both technical and legal reasons that ended the possibility.The PSP Go has no UMD drive but does have an internal hard drive and supports memory drives. The app can calculate a route for the desired distance, is freely available for download and can export directions onto the users' iPods. According to the release notes, TrailRunner 2.1 build 434 fixes a problem where imported Garmin ForeRunner 50 workout imports did not display a workout graph and lap information. Similarly, the update also addresses an issue where dropping a Garmin ForeRunner 50 tcx file without GPS information onto the TrailRunner application icon opened the wrong importer. Lastly, in the diary, setting a route name without an attached route did not store the input. By installing the latest version, this issue should be addressed. TrailRunner can display maps and elevation data from web-based mapping services like USGS topo maps, import GPS Recordings from Trails for iPhone, as well as import tracks and workouts from GPS fitness devices like the Garmin ForeRunner!
